INPROL has released an innovative Practitioner’s Guide on Qualitative and Quantitative Approaches to Rule of Law Research. This Guide was written by Kristina Simion, INPROL’s Rule of Law Research Forum Facilitator.

The guide recognizes that strong research is fundamental for rule of law interventions; however designing and carrying out a research project can be a complex and overwhelming task. This publication aims to assist rule of law practitioners in structuring their research effectively. It offers clarification on common research terminology and concepts, outlines the steps involved in designing a research project, and details how to implement both qualitative and quantitative research.
