Pula, a mobile app, was developed to address this data gap.

This Topic Brief shares the learnings and insights from a 3 year process of developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the Pula app. It is a useful guide for others in the WASH sector with an interest in integrating mobile phone technology into sanitation service provision in sub-Saharan Africa.
