On 7 April 2016, The Female Health Company, the makers of the FC2 Female Condom, announced their plan to enter into a merger transaction.  The merger will be with Aspen Park Pharmaceuticals.  A press release, which is attached, was released that same day.
 
Aspen Park is a privately held therapeutics company focused on the development and commercialization of consumer health products for both men’s and women’s health, diseases and  oncology.
